Overview

• The Student Staff Evaluation Survey (SSES) was conducted from October 3 to November 1, 2024.
• This survey aims to gather valuable feedback from students regarding the quality and effectiveness of services provided by SBU staff
• Survey questions were based on student suggestions.
• Out of 178 views, 43 responses were received, resulting in a response rate of approximately 24%.

There were 43 respondents, with a significant majority enrolled in the Master of Science program:

• Master of Science: 88% (38 respondents)
• Doctor of Acupuncture: 12% (5 respondents)

Students' duration at South Baylo University varied:

• Three to Four years: 28% (12 respondents)
• One to Two years: 26% (11 respondents)
• Two to Three years: 16% (7 respondents)
• More than four years: 16% (7 respondents)
• Less than one year: 14% (6 respondents)

The most frequently reviewed staff members were:

• Henry Choi (Program Student Advisor): 33% (14 reviews)
